Part of self care and stress management is eating healthy.  Every morning I like to make a really sweet green smoothie.  I love them because I’m not a coffee drinker and they give me so much energy.  It’s also a great way to get my fruits and vegetables in my daily diet in a convenient, delicious way.  I checked out the green smoothie website Simple Green Smoothies.   I love that they have a free printable 18 page guide book with 7 green smoothie recipes for 7 days.  #wednesdaywellness #greensmoothies #womensmentalhealth #selfcare it out here
